When using aftermarket ecus usually the rear cam sensor in not required and stays unpluged. We have made this block off adapter so the sensor can be completely removed. 
 
You will still need to retain the rubber seal of the sensor.
 
Offered in RAW aluminium to blend in with the head, but can be custom anodized.
