The RSG Engineered Billet Thermostat Neck is designed for the Mazda RX-7 FC3S Series 5 / Kouki cooling system.
 
The factory S5 uses a 3-bolt plastic thermostat cover, unlike the earlier S4 2-bolt arrangement. With decades of heat cycles and age, the original plastic component can become brittle, crack or deteriorate.
 
The RSG replacement is CNC machined from billet aluminium, eliminating the ageing plastic neck and providing a permanent upgrade for restored and performance FC3S builds.
