Turblown Cast FD3S Lower Intake Manifold

If you have a stockport, bridgeport, or streetported engine you need the sideport model. 
Key features:
Dyno proven models featuring many variations to achieve best all around performance( not just top end RPM ). Units are equal length, and equal bend for proper balance between rotors. Tapered runner design, only slightly oversized from OEM. Does not hurt throttle response or bottom end/midrange performance. 
6 injector for semi pport, 4 for side port ( Billet 8AN fuel rail included with purchase).  Does not work with other fuel rails, as the fuel injector location has been changed for better fuel delivery. 
All oem emissions removed( for off road use only**) 
LIM flange o-ringed( between UIM/LIM)
Extra material added so one can port match to a 13BRE or larger semi pport holes
Mounting tabs for heat-shield
Properly clears all of our corresponding Cast FD Turbo System
will work with OEM FD UIM, or Turblown UIM, will not FIT 13BRE UIM. 
Clears Rx8 firewall for REW swaps 
Semi pport model is 25mm
This might require new intercooler hot side piping possibly, as throttle body position is ever so slightly moved from OEM FD position farther towards front of the chassis to better accommodate even airflow distribution. This does favor engines swaps in the Rx8 chassis.  Most IC piping has enough movement to accomate no changes if using standard couplers.
LIM will NOT work with off the shelf fuel rails, as we have changed the injector positions for optimum spray pattern position.  We do sell optional 48mm dummy injectors for those who do not want to run every injector position.  Fuel rail is for 14MM upper and lower o rings only 48mm total length Injector Dynamics injectors. No press in sleeves required. Stock FD twins will NOT clear this unit. 
8AN ORB fuel rail does not come with AN adapters, or Pulsation dampner. Fuel rail does not require 8AN lines, one can use 8AN ORB to 6AN adapters.
