O-ring for better sealing than RTV/Gasket alone( RTV is still recommended to add) 
No need for an oil pan brace. Extra thick 0.50" flange increases rigidity and sealing substantially. The FD3S oil pan is 7mm thick( 0.275 inches) near the motor mounts, so the engine will raise about 6mm if using the OEM engine mounts. FFE mounts are adjustable, and can lower motor back down. 
Internal baffle system designed to prevent oil starvation under track conditions( this has been track tested before and after with datalogs proving results)
